Terms and Conditions

Every Customer placing an order in the Store must read the Terms and confirm acceptance of its provisions. Lack of knowledge of the Terms does not release the Customer from complying with the rules contained therein. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the service.

§ 1. INTRODUCTION

The website www.cvszablony.pl is owned by Krzysztof Boguszewski IT Service (NIP: 7981474817, Regon: 383204480), address: Bialobrzegi, ul. Jana Kochanowskiego 35, postal code 26-800. The owner is the Service Provider and Seller.

  1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Service and making purchases.
  2. The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge and can be stored or printed by the Customer.
  3. Unlawful content is prohibited. Personal data is processed per the privacy policy at www.cvszablony.pl.
  4. The Service Provider is the controller of personal data processed in connection with fulfilling these Terms. Personal data is processed for purposes, scope, and rules indicated in the privacy policy available at www.cvszablony.pl.
  5. The online service enables preparing CVs and cover letters with the Creator tool. Documents are non-editable PDFs. A one-time subscription allows document downloads for 14, 30, or 90 days from payment.

§ 2. DEFINITIONS

  1. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
  2. Calendar days: Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
  3. Service: The online service at www.cvszablony.pl operated by the Service Provider.
  4. User: Any natural person using the Service.
  5. Customer: A natural or legal person (or organizational unit with legal capacity) placing an order under these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Paid Service: Access to CV Builder functions and related services for a period defined by the selected package.
  7. Registration: Concluding an access agreement by authenticating with a Google or LinkedIn account and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  8. Account: A panel that enables full use of the Service and stores User and Customer data.
  9. Order: An action by a registered User to buy a Paid Service.
  10. Creator: A tool on cvszablony.pl to prepare recruitment documents.
  11. AI/LLM Model: An automated model used to generate content, outputs require User review and validation.

§ 3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Terms and Conditions are continuously available at www.cvszablony.pl and can be printed or saved at any time.

§ 4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Device with Internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone, or similar).
  2. Current web browser with JavaScript enabled (e.g., Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3.x, Safari 4.x, Google Chrome).
  3. Individual email, Google, or LinkedIn account.

§ 5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER / CUSTOMER

  1. The User is obliged to use the Service and its functionalities in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, and good practices.
  2. The User is responsible for the content, compliance, and truthfulness of the data provided when using the Service, and must review, verify, and correct any data generated by the AI model to ensure it is accurate and truthful.
  3. Before using the Service, the User must read these Terms and Conditions.
  4. It is forbidden to use the Service in a way that may violate the personal rights of others, and to post or distribute via the Service vulgar, false, or other content that may violate personal rights, the law, or any legitimate interest of the Service Provider or third parties.
  5. If the User changes data provided for the Service, the User is responsible for correcting or supplementing it.
  6. The User acknowledges and undertakes to comply with the prohibition on attempting to access resources for which the Service Provider has not granted permissions.

§ 6. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

  1. Browsing the Service is open, Paid Services require registration and login.
  2. Creating an Account is optional for browsing but required for purchasing Paid Services.
  3. Each Account is for a single User and is created under these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Login and registration are available only via Google or LinkedIn authentication, email-only sign-up is not available.
  5. To create an Account: authenticate with Google or LinkedIn and accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  6. Registration completes when all conditions are met, the Account agreement is for an indefinite period.
  7. Users must keep their third-party login secure and notify the Service Provider of unauthorized use.
  8. Users may update their data anytime, it must remain accurate.
  9. You may also resign from using the Service by sending a request to delete your Account to kontakt@cvszablony.pl. Deletion occurs within 14 business days.
  10. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete an Account without the User’s or Customer’s consent in the following cases: (a) failure by the User or Customer to comply with these Terms, (b) the User or Customer providing false or outdated data, (c) the User or Customer using the Service in a manner that violates applicable law, social norms, or good practices. Before deleting an Account for a breach, the Service Provider will request the User or Customer to stop the violations, setting a 14-calendar-day deadline. If it expires without effect, the Account will be deleted.

§ 7. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  1. All prices are in PLN and include VAT, fees depend on the selected package (https://cvszablony.pl/en/cv-builder#pricing).
  2. Payments are made in PLN via electronic methods available in the Service.
  3. Only authorized cardholders may pay, abuses are reported to authorities.
  4. Card payments are operated by PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
  5. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices for packages in the Service.
  6. Price changes do not affect already paid periods, invoices available via kontakt@cvszablony.pl.
  7. Payment links securely transmit data to banks or processors, clicking redirects to the online payment page.

§ 8. ORDER FULFILLMENT

  1. A User who wants to use Paid Services registers in the Service, places an Order via the Form, and pays using an available payment method.
  2. The User may place Orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  3. The sales agreement is concluded when the User submits an Order via the Form.
  4. In the Form, the User provides Customer data and selects a package. After completing the Form, the User selects the "Make Payment" button. It is not possible to place an Order without completing the Form.
  5. The Paid Service is available to the Customer immediately after the payment is credited to the Service Provider’s bank account.

§ 9. COMPLAINTS

  1. A Consumer Customer has the right to complain about the Paid Service for which an Order was placed.
  2. If the Paid Service is defective, the Consumer Customer may exercise statutory warranty rights against the Seller. The Seller is liable to the Customer for non-compliance of the service with the agreement.
  3. The Consumer Customer submits a complaint by sending a complaint notice regarding the Paid Service. To speed up review, it is recommended to provide: name and surname, submission date, proof of purchase number, description and type of defect, consumer request, and contact data (phone or email).
  4. Send complaints via email to kontakt@cvszablony.pl.
  5. Consumer Customer rights are governed by the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964, which apply in these Terms.
  6. The Service undertakes to inform the Consumer Customer of the deadline and manner of handling the complaint within 14 business days from submission. All information about the complaint proceedings will be provided to the Consumer Customer at the contact details supplied in the complaint notice.
  7. The Seller bears the costs of replacing or repairing the Paid Service.
  8. For Customers who are not consumers, the Seller’s warranty for defects of Paid Services is excluded.

§ 10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to a Consumer User if the Service Provider has fully performed the service (made CV download available) with the User’s explicit consent. Consent means making the payment as specified in § 9 sec. 2 of these Terms.
  2. By paying for a subscription, the User orders service performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal, because at that moment the service is fully performed (making CV and/or cover letter download available).
  3. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has properties specified by the User in the Order or is closely related to the User, or when the ordered service serves to meet the User’s individualized needs.
  4. The User is not entitled to a refund of fees for services paid and fully performed by the Service Provider.
  5. The fee for using the tool with a (14, 30, 90)-day term is non-refundable, regardless of the remaining subscription time.

§ 11. LIABILITY

  1. The Service Provider will exercise due diligence so that use of the Service proceeds without disruptions, faults, or inconvenience for Users.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the possibility of short interruptions in Service operation resulting from necessary repairs, maintenance, or backups. Where possible, if these actions are planned and not caused by faults, the Service Provider will inform Customers, indicating the expected duration of unavailability.
  3. A Customer who cannot use Paid Services due to faults on the Service Provider’s side should report this by email to kontakt@cvszablony.pl. The Service Provider will promptly take all steps to restore proper operation of the Service.
  4. The Service Provider is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inadequate information, content, or suggestions generated by the AI model used within the Service.
  5. AI-generated content is auxiliary and indicative, created automatically from User-provided data and model algorithms. The Service Provider does not guarantee its correctness, factual accuracy, timeliness, or suitability for any specific purpose, including recruitment or assessment by prospective employers.
  6. The User bears full responsibility for: (a) verifying AI-generated content before use, (b) the final content of CVs, cover letters, or other documents, and (c) consequences of using generated content, including recruitment, career, or business decisions.
  7. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or lost profits arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including lack of employment, rejection of applications, or other negative consequences related to the use of the Service.

§ 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. The Service is owned by the Service Provider. All trademarks, service marks, and names shown on the site are owned by the Service Provider or the Service Provider’s right to use them arises from separate agreements with authorized entities.
  2. Textual materials, graphics, and IT solutions contained in the Service are legally protected under copyright law.
  3. The Service and its individual elements may not be modified, copied, distributed, or published for commercial purposes unless the Service Provider gives prior written consent.
  4. Materials and resources contained in the Service within the Paid Service, including in particular templates, patterns, and textual works, may be used only by the User who purchased access to them.
  5. Purchasing access to the Service means the Service Provider grants the Customer a license to use the materials and resources contained in the Service for the period applicable to the Paid Service variant selected by the Customer. The license entitles a single User, authorized to use the Account through which access to the Service was purchased, to use materials protected by copyright.

§ 13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Service Provider may make changes to these Terms. Changes may be introduced in particular to reflect changes in the law, changes to functions offered via the Service, introduction or withdrawal of services in the Service, or to clarify matters that raise doubts for Users or Customers.
  2. A change to the Terms cannot lead to the loss by the User or Customer of rights acquired if they were acquired in accordance with the law.
  3. All Orders accepted by the Service for processing before the date of changing the Terms are carried out on the basis of the Terms in force on the day the Order was placed, unless the provisions of the new version of the Terms are more favorable.
  4. A change in the form and nature of the Service, in particular a change in the graphic layout, adding new functionalities, and similar, is not a change to these Terms, provided such changes are not contrary to the provisions of these Terms.
  5. If changes are made to the Terms, the Service will inform Users by publishing the consolidated text of the Terms on the website http://www.cvszablony.com/ and by indicating the date of the last update at the end of the Terms. Changes to the Terms take effect on the date they are published on that website. The User undertakes to track changes to these Terms.

§ 14. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Customer may use out-of-court methods of complaint handling and pursuing claims. The rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices or on the websites of entities authorized to resolve disputes out of court. This clause is not general consent by the Service Provider to resolve all disputes out of court. The Service Provider makes an individual decision in each case.
  2. All disputes between the Service Provider and the User or Customer are subject to Polish law and the jurisdiction of Polish common courts.
  3. Where Users or Customers use contractual templates (general terms of contracts, regulations, etc.), the provisions of such templates are excluded.
  4. If a User or Customer uses a contractual template (Purchase Regulations, General Purchase Conditions, etc.) whose application in whole or in part cannot be excluded and which would in any part exclude or limit the application of these Terms, such User or Customer is deemed not entitled to place Orders via the Service, and any Orders made are not to be performed. If performed, the full costs of executing the Order and its return to the Service Provider are refundable to the Service Provider.
  5. The Service Provider reserves the right to freely modify the functionalities of the Service and to change the rules of operation, including ceasing operations. As a result of such actions, the User has no claims against the Service Provider.
  6. All disputes between the Service Provider and any other entity related to the operation of the Service will be resolved by the court competent for the permanent place of business of Krzysztof Boguszewski IT Service.
