Why is the GDPR Clause for CV 2026 so important today?

In the text of the GDPR Clause 2026, it's worth specifying the name of the company to which you're applying. This means you're giving consent for your personal data to be processed by a specific employer, and at the same time emphasizing that your CV was specifically prepared for this recruitment and adapted to the job offer.


📌 Extended form of the clause

Alternatively, you can use the extended form of the clause, which – in addition to the agreement itself – also contains justification and direct reference to the GDPR 2026 provisions. This type of longer formula, indicating the legal basis for data processing, is fully acceptable and often found in application documents.
